The Department of Mathematics is housed within the University of Patras campus in the Rio area. It shares a three-story building with the Department of Biology, with a total built-up area of 24,000 square meters.

The Department's facilities span all three floors and include faculty offices, postgraduate student offices, administrative staff offices, lecture and seminar rooms, laboratory spaces, a Computer Room, storage areas, and other auxiliary spaces.

The building has full wireless network coverage, at least within the areas managed by the Department of Mathematics. Additionally, lecture rooms are also available in the adjacent ATE building.
