The administration of each university department is exercised by the Assembly, the Administrative Board, and the Chair. These governing bodies of the Department are supported in the organization of decision-making and implementation procedures by the Secretariat.
The Assembly, which is the Department's highest governing body, consists of faculty members, one representative of the Special Technical Laboratory Staff (ETEP), and the elected student representatives. The Assembly is chaired by the Department Chair, who is elected for a two-year term.
Another governing body of the Department is the Administrative Board, which consists of the Chair, the Vice Chair, the Directors of the Divisions, and one representative of the Special Technical Laboratory Staff (ETEP).
